When I go to college, the way to stay healthy is to cut off my food, example: instead of eating two bars of chocolate a day I will eat one bar a day, instead of eating meat every day I will cut down, and eat more vegetable. Try to do exercise at least thirty minutes a day. I will try to join my favorite sport that they offer in college, because they can helps me with my health and make me stay healthy.
